Adjustments

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let me

know within 7 days of your

original appointment.

Changes in style or color from

the initial consultation

agreement are not an adjustment.

If you have attempted to have an adjustment elsewhere your guarantee is considered void.

I do not offer refunds for

any hair services.

Kids

To ensure that children are safe and each guest enjoys the environment and personal attention, please have another adult supervise.

Devices

Please bring your personal device while relaxing. We ask

that you keep your phone on

silent or vibrate when possible

& keep phone conversations 

to a minimum for

consideration of other

guests. Earbuds are

always suggested.

Cancellation and

Rescheduling

We understand life happens. If

you are unable to keep your

reserved appointment, please contact to cancel or reschedule

48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

For cancellation and no shows

inside the 48 hours, 50% of the missed service must be paid in order to rebook.

Returns

If you are not entirely in love with

the products you take

home, please

let us know and we

will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of your original purchase with a receipt.
