Hi! It's great to have you here. I can't wait to meet you, but first, here are just a few things about me...
I was born and (mostly) raised in a small eastern Arizona town. When I was about 8 years old, I asked for a haircut that my mom didn't want to attempt. So, we made an appointment at a local salon in town. When we arrived, I just knew that I had found my people!
Fast forward 10 years, I made the move to Prescott to attend Cosmetology school. I had big dreams to work in a nearby resort town to gain experience and then sign up for a stint on a cruise ship. That plan didn't even get off the ground! I soon met my sweetheart and decided to make Prescott my home. I have called this little town home for over twenty years.
I worked in a salon for a couple of years after completing school, but decided to pause and have a family. After my youngest started to attend school full time, I decided that the time was right to return to a salon. When I'm not at work, I'm shuttling 5 kids, paddle boarding on the nearest lake or reading a WWII historical fiction novel with my feet up.
Returning to a salon has felt wonderful, and being in a Paul Mitchell branded salon has been the cherry on top. I'm passionate about continuing my salon education to stay up with current trends, because the more I learn, the more I can bring back to you!
